Returns
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason.

You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Items must be returned in a resaleable condition and include all original packaging, accessories and documentation where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process any refund due within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law; however, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible and provide details of the issue.
Where a product is confirmed as faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, repair or full refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
Non-Returnable Items
